Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Agreement
By using this website, starting a booking, or purchasing an install from The Crawl Space Door Guys (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or booking tools.
Services
We provide custom-built white crawl space doors and professional installation for qualifying properties in our Charlotte-region service area. Online estimates and appointment options depend on the address, measurements, photos, and schedule availability you provide. We may decline or reschedule work when site conditions, access, or coverage make a job unsafe or impractical.
Booking and estimates
- Address validation confirms whether we serve your location; out-of-area requests cannot be booked online.
- Estimates are based on the measurements and photos you submit. Final price or scope may change if the opening, framing, or site conditions differ from what was provided.
- Openings outside standard packages may require a custom quote and are not automatically booked through the retail flow.
- Selecting a time slot does not reserve the appointment until checkout and payment succeed (or until we confirm otherwise in writing).
Payments
Retail checkout collects payment in full for the selected door package through our payment provider. Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. By paying, you authorize charges for the selected package and any amounts disclosed at checkout. Failed, canceled, or disputed payments may cancel or release a held appointment.
Appointments and access
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the crawl space opening at the scheduled time, including cleared paths and any needed homeowner or occupant permission. If we cannot complete the install because of blocked access, incorrect measurements, or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule or adjust the job; additional charges may apply for return trips when the delay is outside our control.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Holds and payments may be subject to timing rules disclosed during booking or in confirmation emails. Custom-built materials already cut for your opening may not be refundable.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site or booking tools, attempt unauthorized access, submit false project information, scrape or abuse our systems, or interfere with other customers’ use of the service.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for personal use related to your booking.
Disclaimers
The site and booking tools are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a written work agreement for your job. Field work is performed according to the scope confirmed for your appointment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for a paid install is limited to the amounts you paid us for that job, except where law requires otherwise.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from inaccurate information you submit, unsafe site conditions you control, or your misuse of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
